Pasta-Making Classes at Donna Mare – Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Learn the art of handmade pasta at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse during intimate pasta-making classes led by resident sfoglino (artisan pasta maker) Massimo Iannuario. Held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6 p.m., each class begins with a welcome glass of prosecco, followed by hands-on instruction featuring a signature pasta and a three-course dinner showcasing the dish guests just learned to make. Priced at $100++ per person, the experience also includes handmade pasta to take home, a signed recipe card, a certificate of completion and a Donna Mare apron.
