Over 100 Coco Robotics autonomous delivery robots in Miami are now serving a dual purpose: delivering goods and acting as a dynamic out-of-home advertising platform amid the city’s biggest cultural event, the Miami Grand Prix.
Operating daily across South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, and downtown Miami, these robots are wrapped with branding from seven major companies including NVIDIA, Coca-Cola, BYLT, Live Tinted, Leisure Hydration, Beehiiv, and VaynerMedia. This innovative approach transforms Miami’s existing delivery network into a large-scale outdoor media channel, generating millions of street-level impressions during the Grand Prix weekend and the surrounding weeks.
Coco, the world’s largest urban robot delivery service, has been active in Miami since 2025, covering thousands of miles and serving local businesses. Their robots navigate sidewalks at low speeds, yielding to pedestrians, embedding themselves into the city’s daily life — making them a perfect medium for continuous brand exposure.
During this period, brands leverage the fleet’s mobility to amplify their presence during major events without additional infrastructure. As Josh Dubin of Coco notes, these robots are “part of the fabric of the neighborhood,” effectively blending logistics with citywide advertising.
For example, BYLT, an apparel brand and official F1 Miami partner, aimed to extend its reach from the race track into Miami’s streets, connecting with fans enjoying the event’s culture and activities.
This strategy reflects a broader shift in out-of-home advertising, integrating autonomous delivery robots as mobile digital media to engage audiences during key cultural moments.
