SWEAT440 — the Miami-founded fitness concept that’s become a staple across South Florida — is expanding with a new Pinecrest location opening on May 9th at 13623 S Dixie Hwy (Unit 145).
The studio is led by husband-and-wife franchise owners Sandra and Jimmy Kassis, who were originally members at SWEAT440 Doral. As busy parents, they were drawn to the brand’s efficient, strength-focused workouts and strong sense of community, and are now bringing that same experience to Pinecrest.
With its signature 40-minute, high-energy workout and flexible format (classes start every 10 minutes), SWEAT440 has built a loyal following across the region, making this opening a natural next step for the brand in South Miami.
