The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort’s CW Prime, the property’s signature steakhouse, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jasmine Wehbe as Sommelier. In this role, Ms. Wehbe will lead CW Prime’s wine program, overseeing curation, guest experience, and pairing development, further enhancing the restaurant’s elevated approach to modern steakhouse dining. She will report to Riley Kiste, General Manager of CW Prime.

CW Prime is recognized as a premier Gulf Coast dining destination offering an elevated yet approachable steakhouse experience centered on premium cuts of beef, Wagyu selections, fresh Gulf seafood, and refined coastal-inspired dishes. Under the culinary leadership of Head Chef Drew Adams, the restaurant’s menu reflects a balance of technical precision and seasonal creativity, designed to pair seamlessly with a globally curated wine program that emphasizes depth, discovery, and expression.

At CW Prime, Ms. Wehbe will focus on further elevating the restaurant’s wine program as an integral part of the overall dining experience, strengthening its role alongside Chef Adams’ cuisine-driven vision. Her approach emphasizes expressive, component-driven pairings that explore how individual elements of a dish interact with wine beyond traditional structures.

Ms. Wehbe brings more than 10 years of hospitality experience and five years specializing in wine within luxury dining environments. She began her wine career at Seasons 52, where exposure to a progressive and education-focused program sparked a lasting passion for wine service and guest engagement. She has since built her expertise across coastal luxury properties in Sarasota and Clearwater, with additional seasonal experience in Maine, developing a perspective rooted in terroir and regional expression.

She holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and the French Wine Scholar certification and is currently pursuing the Champagne Master program through the Wine Scholar Guild. Her approach emphasizes accessibility and discovery, meeting guests at their comfort level while guiding them toward thoughtful and unexpected selections.

Her personal philosophy is grounded in terroir expression, with a particular affinity for the Loire Valley and Champagne, especially producer Billecart-Salmon.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Ms. Wehbe studied Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and learning French.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jasmine to CW Prime,” said Riley Kiste, General Manager of CW Prime. “Her depth of knowledge, curiosity, and guest-first philosophy will further elevate our wine program and complement the culinary direction led by Chef Drew Adams.”

Ms. Wehbe added, “I’m excited to join CW Prime and build upon such a strong culinary foundation. I look forward to creating wine experiences that feel approachable, thoughtful, and memorable for every guest.”

As she joins the CW Prime team, Ms. Wehbe will play a key role in shaping the restaurant’s continued evolution as one of the Gulf Coast’s leading luxury dining destinations, where cuisine and wine are thoughtfully integrated.
