The South Beach Jazz Festival, presented by nonprofit Power Access, celebrates it’s 10th anniversary with four days of live performances by Grammy winners, world-renowned artists, and local legends across Miami Beach. Events at Faena Theater, The Bass Museum of Art, Collins Park, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Bandshell.

 

The milestone lineup features John Pizzarelli’s “Dear Mr. Bennett: A Tribute to Tony Bennett” opening night at Faena, Steven Bernstein’s Millennial Territory Orchestra performing outdoors in Collins Park with special guest vocalist Carla Cook, the Spanish Harlem Orchestra with Etienne Charles at the Bandshell, and Society Jazz Night at The Bass with a Louis Armstrong lecture by Grammy-winning historian Ricky Riccardi. The festival also includes the Jazz for Tomorrow Student Stage on Lincoln Road and Sunday’s all-day Power Access Main Stage with performances by the Spirit of Goodwill Band, Lemon City Trio, The Harden Project, Federico Britos Quintet, Spam Allstars, Gafieira Rio Miami with special guest Nestor Torres, and more.

 

Founded by R. David New, the South Beach Jazz Festival is known for presenting world-class jazz while advancing accessibility and inclusion in the arts. Eventbrite RSVPs encouraged for free events.
