MIDLINE, a groundbreaking new live music venue and raw event space, is set to open in January 2026 and redefine Miami’s music landscape. Located in the heart of Wynwood’s thriving cultural district, unlike any traditional event space, MIDLINE is to become the new epicenter for live music culture, while also offering brands an innovative and flexible partnership platform. The new venue is founded by Miami nightlife veterans Eric Fuller (former co-owner of Club Space) and Jeremy Waks (founder of Treehouse Miami).
Built with an obsessive focus on acoustic perfection and cutting-edge production, the two-story venue represents an opportunity for live music to be experienced like never before in Miami. The 10,000 square foot space embodies Wynwood’s raw, adaptable energy while delivering the technical precision that live music demands. Booked through BLNK CVNS Presents, guests can expect artist performances from a wide genre of music, from electronic to rock, R&B, and even country.
“We’re not just opening another venue – we’re creating the home Miami’s music scene has been waiting for,” said Jeremy Waks, Operating Partner. “Every element within MIDLINE is engineered for sonic excellence, while maintaining the rebellious spirit that makes the energy that reverberates through Wynwood so special. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.”
The facility features state-of-the-art sound engineering specifically calibrated for all music genres, complemented by an advanced lighting system that transforms the raw space into an immersive environment. The adaptable layout allows for intimate showcases and large-scale productions while maintaining the acoustic integrity that touring artists require. The venue features three full liquor bars, two downstairs and one on the mezzanine level. There will also be a limited number of tables available for those seeking a more private experience with a dedicated entrance, bar, and table service.
“MIDLINE is grounded in technical excellence but never pretentious about it,” added Eric Fuller, Operating Partner. “This isn’t about following trends – we’re building something timeless that will serve Miami’s music community for years to come.”
The venue’s opening contributes to Wynwood’s continued evolution as a premier cultural destination, supporting the district’s reputation for attracting cutting-edge entertainment and arts initiatives. The space will host both emerging and established artists while providing brands with opportunities to connect authentically with Miami’s creative community.
