Marking over five decades of commitment to the arts, BMW returns as Art Basel’s Official Global Automotive Partner for the 20th anniversary of Miami Beach fair, taking place December 5–7, 2025. This year, in collaboration with acclaimed artist Kennedy Yanko, BMW highlights the profound connection between automotive design and contemporary sculpture.
Yanko’s dynamic sculptures, which transform industrial materials into fluid works of art, pay homage to BMW’s BMW XM Label SUV—an embodiment of power, motion, and daring aesthetics. The partnership continues a relationship that began in 2021, when Yanko helped debut the BMW XM Concept.
On December 4, BMW will host an exclusive event featuring Yanko’s latest sculpture, alongside insights from Hussein Al Attar of Designworks. As part of its enduring cultural legacy—from Art Car collaborations with Warhol and Koons to partnerships with major institutions—BMW reaffirms its belief that creativity unites art, engineering, and innovation.
