Fresh Harvest Buffet returns to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood on Monday, Nov. 24. The resort’s contemporary buffet makes its comeback with an irresistible mix of classic favorites and bold new flavors.
Guests can indulge in a culinary journey through five live-action stations featuring American Bounty, Cucina Italiana, Asian Kitchen, Salad Bar, and Desserts. Each station showcases vibrant displays of chef-inspired cuisine, prepared in an energetic open-kitchen atmosphere.
At the Salad Bar, guests can enjoy traditional and composed salads, soup of the day, a poke bar, and a chilled seafood selection featuring peel-and-eat shrimp, New Zealand green lip mussels, snow crab claws, and snow crab legs (available Friday through Sunday). American Bounty features rotisserie chicken, marinated shrimp, grilled New York strip steak, oven-roasted black heritage turkey, Nashi pear galbi beef short ribs, and oven-roasted prime ribeye (available Friday through Sunday). The station is rounded out with grilled vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, and freshly grilled bread.
Cucina Italiana serves charcuterie and artisan cheeses, antipasto and caprese salads, a variety of pizzas, and chef’s choice pasta dishes. The Asian Kitchen brings bold flavors to life with dim sum, fried rice, stir-fried noodles, and wok-fried entrées. Finally, guests can satisfy their sweet tooth at the Desserts station, featuring churros, homemade cookies, fruit cobbler, chocolate bread pudding, homemade gelato, beignets, New York cheesecake, key lime tarts, and cupcakes.
Buffet Hours and Pricing
Fresh Harvest Buffet will be open Monday through Sunday, serving lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. ($29.95) and dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. ($39.95). Friday dinner is priced at $49.95, while weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ($49.95), followed by dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. ($49.95).
Unity by Hard Rock members can take advantage of exclusive perks, including $5 off when paying full retail price. Guests can enjoy Lobster on Wednesdays starting on Jan. 7, available for both lunch (11:30 a.m.–3 p.m.) and dinner (5–10 p.m.) prices may vary. Special holiday dinners will be offered on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 27, and Christmas Day, Thursday, Dec. 25, from 5 to 10 p.m., each priced at $79.95 per person.
