Tutor Perini Corporation’s subsidiary, Fisk Electric Company, has been awarded a $43.4 million contract to upgrade the electrical systems at the Cruise Terminal G Complex at the Port of Miami. This project includes constructing a new electrical vault, upgrading switchgear, and installing conduits to ensure reliable power for the terminal.
The project also features the addition of 50 EV charging stations at the terminal parking garage, with capacity for up to 430 more in the future. Key upgrades involve supplying power to existing systems, replacing a 2000-KW generator, and installing three new backup generators to enhance life safety infrastructure.
Work has begun, with completion expected by November 2027. The contract was added to Tutor Perini’s backlog in Q3 2025, underscoring its ongoing role in major infrastructure development in Miami.
