New 311 Service Center Opens at North Dade Regional Library

The North Dade Regional Library has launched a new 311 Service Center, developed in partnership with the Miami-Dade County Communications, Information & Technology Department. Residents can now receive in-person assistance with County services, report issues like potholes and illegal dumping, and pick up items such as Passport EASY Cards, Baby Stroller Parking Permits, dog tags, and recycling carts.

Visit the library for convenient, on-site support—making it easier to connect with community services and stay engaged with local resources.

Open Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.(Closed for lunch from Noon – 1 p.m.)
