Both burgers feature two 100% fresh beef patties smashed with thinly sliced grilled sweet onions, melty American cheese, and crisp pickles on a locally baked brioche bun. The Rodeo Smash is finished with PINCHO’s signature sauce, while the Spicy Rodeo Smash turns up the heat with jalapeños and chipotle aioli. Each is priced at $11.99.
In true PINCHO fashion, these LTOs fuse Miami street food culture with all-American comfort — even bringing rodeo-inspired flavor to South Florida as a nod to its expansion to Texas.
