Renowned Miami pastry chef and Red Rooster Overtown alum Tracey Marionneaux is rejoining Marcus Samuelsson’s team for a limited three-week dessert pop-up at The Creamery, opening October 23. Praised by Michelin, The Creamery will host Marionneaux’s signature Sweet Revolution brand, offering eight limited-edition gelato flavors crafted with local ingredients and nostalgic Chicago-inspired treats.

Running through November 9, this intimate experience features desserts like Birthday Cake, Pistachio, and Butter Pecan, alongside signature items such as Chi-Town Hustle and Lake Shore Lemon, plus refreshing beverages. Marionneaux’s return celebrates her roots, community, and her innovative, flavor-driven approach to pastry.
