With specialty cocktails, unique rolls and spectacular sushi and sashimi platters, Chef Uechi skillfully translates Japanese flavors for the American palate. During Miami’s renowned restaurant month, embark on a culinary journey with appetizing starters like the Truffle Ponzu Ceviche, Szechuan Ribs, Whitefish Crudo, or Assorted Crispy Rice. Then, indulge in a main course like the Wagyu Skirt Steak topped with Yakitori sauce, the succulent Ora King Salmon Robata, or a choice of rolls.
