Area Stage Company
Originally established on Lincoln Road in 1989, ASC moved to the Riviera Theatre in Coral Gables in 2008. There, the company established an award-winning conservatory program to train young actors, while maintaining a full season of professional productions. In 2020, ASC moved to the Shops at Sunset Place, where it built dance and voice studios and a black-box theatre. It now holds mainstage productions at the Adrienne Arsht Center as well.
