Knight Concert Hall | Tickets start at $35*
Nu Deco Ensemble’s season finale is just around the corner, and they are delivering a sensational program to the Arsht Center on April 28!
Allen Stone, one of the ensemble’s guest collaborators for the night, is currently a mentor on American Idol. The artist’s powerful falsetto and vocal range have thrust him into the national spotlight, and you can hear his fusion of soul and R&B in his brand-new song “Magic.”
The ensemble will also premiere a Nu Deco-commissioned orchestral work from composer, producer and bassist Derrick Hodge. Rounding out the program is their symphonic reinterpretation of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, the 1998 Grammy-winning album by acclaimed artist Ms. Lauryn Hill, and “Symphonic Metamorphosis” by genre-bending German composer Paul Hindemith. Fans of Radiohead will also enjoy a special surprise in Nu Deco’s action-packed repertoire.
