Miami’s Freshest Night Out is Back

After a two-year hiatus, Slow Food Miami’s 12th annual Snail of Approval Tasting Party is back. Join us at The Palms Hotel & Spa on Miami Beach on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 7PM.

We’ll celebrate and taste delicious bites from over 30 Snail of Approval recipients. This annual event is the community’s night to honor renowned Miami chefs, restaurants, artisans and purveyors who make sustainability and local sourcing part of their philosophy.

This year the event welcomes Multi Emmy Award-winning television personality Cynthia Demos as the Emcee, and Eater Miami editor Olee Fowler and Time Out editor Falyn Wood as judges for the evenings friendly “Bite of the Night” competition.

General admission is $128 advance / $148 at the door. All proceeds from the event go toward programming for edible school garden installations and education.
