It’s Hispanic Heritage Month and Miami Children’s Museum is pullinmg out all stops to present the best Fiesta ever!  Join us Saturday and Sunday, September 17th anad 18th as we bring the whole community together for a great party atmosphere to experience the best that Hispanic Heritage has to offer.

Vamos, amigos! Join us at the Museum for a fun-filled weekend to celebrate our Latinx, Hispanic and Latino-identified friends!  Enjoy special dance performances and live music to get your toes a tapping. Check out a special story time with our favorite Hispanic authors taking you through many adventures, test upir skill on a game of giant dominos and create colorful textile photographic masterpieces in the Art Studio. This event is sponsored by Florida Dairy Farmers.

For more information about our Hispanic Heritage Fiesta Weekend at Miami Children’s Museum, please visitmiamichildrensmuseum.org.  Museum admission is now being offered for three-and-a-half-hour play sessions from 10AM – 1:30PM and 2:30PM – 6PM.  After each session team members clean and sanitize the facility and swap out props for the next group.  Masks will NOT be required but are strongly encouraged for adults and children ages 2 and older.  Admission to the Museum is $24 for adults and children, $16 for Florida Residents, free for children under 1 year and admission for Museum Members is complimentary.  Advance ticket purchase is required through the Museum’s website miamichildrensmuseum.org as session tickets fill up quickly!  The Museum is located at 980 MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island in Miami.

 

Miami Children’s Museum offers bilingual and interactive exhibits, programs, classes and learning materials related to arts, culture, community, and communication.  The Museum has 17 interactive galleries and houses many exciting and fun traveling exhibits.  Miami Children’s Museum is dedicated to enriching the lives of all children by fostering a love of learning through play and enabling children to realize their highest potential.  Through arts and educational programs, the Museum seeks to include and target all audiences in Miami’s changing and diverse community by being the “town center” for Miami-Dade County’s children and families.
