Sarah Matthews moved to Miami four years ago. Being active and learning about mental and physical health is a staple in her life and she discovered her love of yoga after becoming a Pilates Instructor. Sarah enjoyed how both practices complement each other, and fell in love with the conscious and controlled movements appreciating alignment. She completed both her 200- and 300-hour teacher training with Terri Copper. Sarah has her undergraduate degree in nutrition and is currently in graduate school studying psychology. She’s now stronger and feels safer moving through her daily life knowing she’s got a strong core and has found a safe and effective way to build strength.
