The in-arena lounge amps up its dinner game with several new dishes in addition to adding a delicious brunch menu available before afternoon games. HEAT fans can also expect several creative cocktails to debut for the season featuring esteemed Hyde mixology.

The hotspot will offer an expanded selection of offerings including Truffle Fries Grated Parmesan, Garlic Confit Aioli, Crispy Fish Taco Chipotle Aioli, Avocado and Hyde CevicheTuna Sashimi Style, Fresh Cilantro. The new menu offerings compliment the already favored items by Chef Jose Icardi of Katsuya South Beach, including Asian Chicken Salad Plum Vinaigrette; Rock Shrimp Spicy Aioli Sauce: Spicy Tuna Pickled Cucumber in a Crispy Tortilla and a classic favorite the Heat Roll.
On day games, Chef Jose Icardi’s new brunch menu will include Fried Chicken & WafflesHyde Gravy, Pickled Shallots; Short Rib Benedict, Roasted Tomato, Hollandaise Sauce; Chocolate Chip Waffle Caramelized Bananas, Dulce de Leche and a Cantimpalo & Manchego Omelet Organic Eggs, Housemade Potatoes – available 60-90 minutes before day games.
Hyde Lounge is open for dinner and drinks before, during and after each game as the lounge transforms into a post-game nightclub.
