The Colony Theater was at its maximum capacity for the world premiere of Jade Signature, The Movie. Miami’s historical Art-deco gem was buzzing with the excitement of over four hundred top brokers, members of the Herzog & de Meuron team and DCode Films producers.
The Jade Signature movie premiere is an example of how the real estate industry is anteing up with innovative techniques on how to sell and showcase high-end real estate. The 13-minute movie brings to life the concepts that make the luxury condo so unique – from true flow through units that highlight sweeping views of the ocean and the city to seamless floor plans that connect the residents to directly to the beach.
Following the stunning visuals of Jade Signature is insightful commentary by Jade Signature’s brilliant design team. The production team, DCode Films, flew out to Paris to film interior lifestyle designer PYR led by Pierre-Yves Rochon, with Pritzker Prize-winning architecture team Herzog & de Meuron in attendance. Renowned landscape architect Raymond Jungles and Fortune International’s Edgardo and Ana Cristina Defortuna also provided commentary on their vision of Jade Signature and how the building was designed around a purpose with a focus on every detail.
