With the arrival of the much anticipated black truffle season, Serafina Dream South Beach has introduced daily specials, each dressed in delectable truffle shavings. Alongside Serafina’s signature menu, new truffle specials will be offered daily through the month of October. Offerings include an appetizer of Carpaccio di Filetto con Salsa al Tartufo thinly sliced filet mignon, black truffle sauce and potatoes; a pasta course of Taglionlini al Tartufo homemade pasta with brown-butter, parmigiano, shaved black truffle and the main entrée of Branzino al Profumo di Tartufo Nero baby Mediterranean sea bass with butternut squash foam and shaved black truffle. Specials range from $20 to $29 and will rotate daily. Serafina’s signature truffle pizza, the Tartufo Nero, is topped with an abundance of freshly shaved black truffle, ribiola cheese, truffle oil and truffle cheese. The local South Beach favorite will remain on the menu as a timeless staple of the popular Italian eatery.
