On October 16, 2010 in Plantation FL, the Woman2Woman Breast Cancer Foundation Founders, Jacqueline R. Gray and Kevin Gray, will host a private evening for more than 100 guests with acclaimed Chef G. Garvin serving up a special treat. The evening, appropriately titled, “A Night Under The Stars,” will be a celebration of the foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for breast cancer patients, survivors, their families and individuals who are in need of breast health education, information, financial assistance and resources.
Jacqueline R. Gray and Kevin Gray founded the Woman2Woman Breast Cancer Foundation in 2007. Their objective was to ensure, through information, early detection and support, that no woman faces breast cancer alone. Woman2Woman continues to bring breast health awareness to the community through health fairs, educational programs such as “A Day For You,” financial assistance grants, publications and newsletters, and patient and family care centers.
Chef G. Garvin, is a well-known author and tv host who has orchestrated dinners for the Annual Vanity Fair Oscar fete, and lavish banquets for the late Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, but the opportunity to support such important causes as breast cancer awareness is what he’s most proud of. As an ambassador in the fight against breast cancer, Chef G.
