La Riviera, Sofitel Miami’s upscale French restaurant, has designed a Wine Pairing Dinner Series with a different menu and wine pairing event occurring on the fourth Thursday of each month. These events are designed to teach as well as entertain. They offer those looking to discover a new kind of after-work happy hour spot an opportunity to learn about pairing food with wine and Champagne, and an all-around unique experience of sharing, tasting, and good times. Wine representatives are also on hand to conduct trivia quizzes and offer participants the opportunity to win a variety of prizes such as bottles and signature corkscrews.
