You are invited to Acqua at Four Seasons Miami for a glass of wine and sumptuous hors d’oeuvres on Tuesday, January 26 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The signature restaurant at Four Seasons Miami, Acqua, is located on the 7th floor lobby of the hotel. This gorgeous restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the pool terrace. Acqua offers contemporary seafood with Miami flair under the helm of executive chef, Patrick Boucher.
The cost is $10 in advance, $15 at the door and guests will enjoy a glass of wine and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres.

Ahi tuna tartare with pickled watermelon radish
Buffalo mozzarella pops
Maine lobster and parmesan ceasar rolls
Duck taquitos with jalapeno peppers
Mini mojo fish tacos
Wagyu beef, cheddar and bacon sliders
“Bi Fong Tong” spiced calamari
Prosciutto wrapped scallops, cream of Bibb
If you would like to stay for dinner, Acqua is offering a special menu for our guests. A 2-course dinner will be $36++ and a 3-course dinner will be priced at $42++
