World-renowned modeling agency, Wilhelmina Models, along with partners Miraclesuit® and Macy’s will host an open call for The Wilhelmina 40+ Model Search at Macy’s Aventura Mall in Miami on Saturday, April 9th.
WHAT: The Wilhelmina 40 + Model Search open call is looking for one woman, age 40 and above, to join Wilhelmina’s Sophisticated Division which boasts a roster of elite supermodels including Beverly Johnson and Carol Alt. The Miami open casting call welcomes applicants who exude beauty and confidence.
The Open Call Attendees Will Receive:
- A makeover courtesy of Estée Lauder
- Style tips from a Miraclesuit® expert
- Professional entry photo taken by an onsite fashion photographer
The Search:
- Open to women ages 40 and above
- Applicants will enter online from February 28, 2011 to May 24, 2011 at (www.wilhelminamodelsearch.com), by attending in-person casting calls, or by mailing in their favorite photo and brief personal summary
- Entry fee – $20
- Each applicant will receive a $20 coupon to apply towards a Miraclesuit® purchase at Macy’s
- A panel of judges consisting of top Wilhelmina talent agents, celebrity Costume Designer, Randall Christensen, Estée Lauder Global Premier Makeup Artist, Blair Patterson, and a representative of Miraclesuit®
- Four nationwide casting calls: New York, Miami, Chicago and Los Angeles
- Finalists to be announced at Macy’s Herald Square on June 30, 2011 in New York

- Ten Finalists will each win a trip to New York City to compete in the finals judging, including a fashion show at Macy’s Herald Square, and receive additional prizes from our sponsors.
