Lido Bayside Grill at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach
This Valentine’s Day enjoy the Love is Love menu at Lido Bayside Grill, the waterfront restaurant located at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Couples can start their romantic dinner with the tasty oxtail dumplings, fresh tuna ‘ota’ ika, or warm mushroom salad. For the main course, enjoy tantalizing dishes such as short rib al carbon, chestnut agnolotti, or whole branzino. Katsuya presents Tsuru’s Tale, In Japanese Folklore, the crane, or “Tsuru”, has always been a symbol of love, loyalty, and good fortune since this strong majestic bird mates for life and it is said to live 1000 years. There are many versions of “Tsuru’s Tale”, but all of them have in common the belief that when paper is folded into an origami crane, one’s “heart’s desire” will come true.
With specialty cocktails, unique rolls and spectacular sushi and sashimi platters, Chef Uechi skillfully translates Japanese flavors for the American palate.
