National Oysters on the Half Shell Day is Wednesday, March 31 and South Florida’s most sought-out dining destinations are presenting guests with fresh and delicious oysters. Whether you’re by the ocean, in the heart of Wynwood, or on Lincoln Road, stop and celebrate the seafood affair at the pearls of dining with specials and offers fitting for the occasion.

 

Uchi

At award-winning sushi restaurant, Uchi, one of Austin’s best-known and most prolific sushi restaurants, Chef Tyson Cole’s signature, non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has delighted guests from across the country and around the world and is now doing so in Miami’s Wynwood district. On National Oysters Day, guests can savor in Oysters ($2.5 during happy hour, $5.5 for two oysters, $33 for a dozen) seasoned with lemongrass, coconut and finger lime.
