VIP Event & World Premiere of Enrique Martínez Celaya’s video, The Master

Cricket and Martin Taplin, owners of the Sagamore Hotel, will host a private reception for acclaimed artist Enrique Martínez Celaya in celebration of the U.S. debut of the artist’s critically acclaimed installation entitled Schneebett, now on view at the Miami Art Museum. During the VIP event, guests will have the exclusive opportunity to view the world premiere of The Master, Martínez Celaya’s visually arresting and thought-provoking video motivated by and created on the occasion of Schneebett, a work which conveys Ludwig van Beethoven’s final moments of illness and subsequent death in Vienna while in exile from his native Bonn (Germany). The Master will be projected over the Sagamore Hotel pool and will serve as the main focus of the evening.
