BRIO Tuscan Grille invites guests to enjoy a Taste of Tuscany this Valentine’s Day Weekend. Guests can treat a loved one to a romantic evening as BRIO Tuscan Grille brings the best of Italian amore to their tables with a special menu designed entirely for a romantic meal to remember.
BRIO’s signature Valentine’s Day menu will transport guests to the heart of Tuscany with Chef inspired dishes that include Primavera Formaggio for $15.95, which pairs perfectly with a glass of Grayson Cabernet Sauvignon for $7.95, Beef Medallions with Black Pepper Shrimp for $22.95 that is enhanced with a glass of Damilano Nebbiolo for $11.95 and a Fresh Catch with Lobster & Shrimp Salad for $21.95 that is best complemented by White Oak Chardonnay for $12.95 a glass, as well as BRIO’s signature Flirtini and Cinnamon Chocolatini.
As a special treat to start a romantic Italian evening out, BRIO recommends its signature Flirtini — two ounces of Absolut raspberry vodka, ½ ounce each of Cointreau, pineapple juice and cranberry juice, and ¼ ounce of bubbly Prosecco mixed together and poured into a chilled martini glass, garnished with a cherry, or its Cinnamon Chocolatini– ¾ oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, 1 ¼ oz. Absolut Vanilla, 1 oz. Half & Half, ½ oz. Crème de Cacao Dark and 1 dash Cinnamon mixed together and poured into a chilled glass martini glass, garnished with a chocolate swirl.
BRIO offers a collection of decadent sweet treats to round out the meal that pair perfectly with the Flirtini or Cinnamon Chocolatini. The BRIO Dessert TRIO, three petite portions of housemade Seasonal Crème Brulee, Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding and Raspberry Mascarpone Cheesecake is perfect for sharing at $9.95. Full size desserts include Torta di Ciocclata, rich chocolate cake with a warm center and topped with Vanilla Bean Gelato, $6.95, Tiramisu for $5.95 per slice, Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake, $7.95 and BRIO’s Famous Cheesecake, $6.95.
