UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI SCHOOL OF LAW SPONSORS CONFERENCE ON REAL PROPERTY AND CONDOMINIUM LAW WITH RALPH. E BOYER INSTITUTES

The University of Miami School of Law with the Ralph E. Boyer Institutes of Real Property and Condominium Law sponsors conference for law school students.

The 23rd Institute on Real Property Law and the 35th Institute on Condominium and Cluster Developments. The conferences are sponsored by the University of Miami School of Law and Office of Events & Conferences and Co-Sponsored by the University of Miami School of Law Real Property Development graduate program. The 23rd institute will include morning and afternoon session discussions on topics like Ethics and responsibility, implementation of RESPA changes, practical bankruptcy discussion, and sustainable development. The 35th institute will consist of an afternoon session on topics like distressed community associations and future technology.

WHY: Each year, the University of Miami School of Law conducts a series of continuing legal education (CLE) programs designed to enhance the practicing Bar’s professional skills and accomplishments. These institutes are designed to satisfy the thirty (30) CLE required hours for law school students, and suit the information and training needs of today’s Bar. The 23rd Institute on Real Property Law
is designed to present current topics of considerable interest to attorneys and related professionals involved in real estate transactions, development and finance. The 35th Institute on Condominium and Cluster Developments. This Institute is designed to update condominium and planned development law generally and explore in detail particular topics of current interest.

COST(S):

One Day (Oct. 20): Real Property portion of program is $250.00,

Two Days (Oct. 21-22): Condominium portion of program is $375.00

Three Days (Oct. 20-Oct. 22): Entire program is  $525.00

There are also hotel rooms available at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina ranging from $149.00 to $199.00 per night.
