The University of Miami Inter-American Law Review Presents War On Drugs Unwrapped: Reinventing Inter-American Drug Policy.
WHAT: Program includes screening of the documentary “Cocaine Unwrapped” followed by a panel discussion with leading experts in the field: Bruce Bagley, Chair, Department of International Studies, University of Miami; Eduardo Gamarra, Professor, Department of Politics and International Relations, Florida International University; Francisco Thoumi, Member, United Nations International Narcotics Control Board (INCB); and James Gailey, Adjunct Professor, University of Miami Law, and Miami criminal defense trial attorney.
