
Uchi Miami, from award-winning hospitality group Hai Hospitality, is partnering with DoorDash Reservations to present Miami Drift: Uchi x DoorDash Reservations, a one-day-only culinary experience aboard the Stella Maris, departing from Miami Beach Marina on Friday, May 1.
Blending Uchi’s innovative approach to Japanese cuisine with the energy of Miami’s race weekend, the experience invites guests to embark on a floating culinary journey led by Executive Chef Diana Martinez. The highly curated event will feature two options: a midday lunch from 1-3 p.m. and a sunset dinner from 7-9 p.m.
Each slot includes 10+ courses served via interactive stations and passed bites, highlighting Uchi signatures and exclusive dishes focused on seafood and seasonal flavors. Tickets are $275 per person and available exclusively through DoorDash Reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
Menu highlights include the fan-favorite Hama Chili; Sake Crudo with salmon, coconut, shishito relish and papaya; Shrimp Cocktail with gochujang hot sauce; A5 Wagyu Nigiri with caviar; Bluefin Tuna Nigiri; Madai Nigiri; Toyosu Nigiri; and additional selections.
Guests will also enjoy a premium open bar. Signature cocktails include the Hiro & Zero Spritz and the Tsurai, a spicy margarita variation made with Espolòn and Aperol, alongside champagne and sparkling selections.
