Spadini’s Mizner Pizzeria is a classic pizza place, just like up north with room for diners to dine-inside or al fresco style on the South Side of Mizner Park in Mizner Plaza on NE 2nd Street. The dough is shipped in from up North a few times a week making the dough a perfect New York taste. Sauce made fresh every day, they offer pizza by the slice and specialty pizza pies (or by the slice too) like Lasagna, Spinach, BBQ Chicken, Buffalo Chicken, Margarita and Grandma’s (Sicilian with Sauce on the top). Freshly made Stromboli with Boars Head meats or the classic Rice Balls have been a fan favorite since they opened on February 7th. Spadini’s also offer’s spinach and pepperoni pinwheels, Boars Head Italian heroes, Meatball Parm heroes and classic Italian dishes like Chicken Francese, Veal Parmesan and Veal Spadini’s (hence the name). For Dessert and always a New York favorite, is their freshly made Zeppole’s, an Italian pastry consisting of a deep-fried dough ball and shaken in a brown paper bag with powdered sugar.

Thomas Sellick, a veteran pizza maker for the past 15 years started his career in Northport, New York, a small town on the north shore of Long Island. He learned the art of making a great tasting, fresh pizza pie, fast, in a few busy pizzeria’s on the north shore of Long Island and wanted to continue his experience in South Florida. Sellick, currently a resident of Ft. Lauderdale, named his Boca Raton Pizzeria, Spadini’s, after his Grandmother’s favorite recipe, Veal Spadini, which is a Sicilian dish of thinly sliced veal on a skewer with breadcrumbs, olive oil and onions on a skewer.
Spadini’s Mizner Pizzeria, located at 134 NE 2nd Street in Boca Raton, is dedicated to helping the community and has participated in several local charitable organizations by providing donations to local elementary schools, Relay for Life through the American Cancer Society and will continue to help out local organizations. Spadini’s is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 11pm and Sundays 12pm – 10pm for Dine-in, take out or delivery.
