From 80’s hair bands to contemporary indie songsters, being a rock star isn’t just about the music, groupies and traveling lifestyle; it’s also about having the ideal rocker mane. Hair care maven TIGI, and their Rockaholic-Bed Head Tour Bus, will be making a beauty pit stop at GBS, The Beauty Store in West Boca (19635 South State Road 7) on June 8th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for complimentary makeovers, product sampling and giveaways. In addition, the public is invited to sample catered food from local restaurants in the Boca Greens Mall.
Before TIGI took over the wheel, the Rockaholic-Bed Head Tour Bus catered to the likes of Rod Stewart, Def Leppard, Velvet Revolver, Third Eye Blind and Poison. The rock stars at TIGI transformed the bus into the ultimate traveling salon, adding in three styling chairs, a make up station and flat screen TV’s. Joining the team to complete the complimentary makeovers is renowned stylist and TIGI’s Regional Education Director, Joel Torres, and TIGI’s National Cosmetic Coordinator Deanna Merrill.
