This Valentine’s Day, the celebrated chefs at Cascata Grille in The Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club are playing cupid with a three-course menu in a sensuous candlelit setting. Dinner begins with a Tuscan salad with prosciutto, fig balsamic dressing and goat cheese crustini, followed by a main course of roasted striped bass with puttanesca sauce, garden greens and potato gnocchi. A decadent chocolate surprise provides a sweet ending.
