THREE COURSE EASTER CELEBRATION AT III FORKS

III Forks Prime Steakhouse has planned a three course Easter Celebration Menu for Easter Sunday, March 31st.  First course choices include either a III Forks Salad, Steakhouse Wedge Salad or Asparagus Soup.

Entrée choices include Chateaubriand in roasted shallot thyme veal demi-glace with whipped potatoes and asparagus, Pan-Seared Steelhead Trout in a mango-green chili beurre blanc with coconut lime jasmine rice.  The dish is topped with lump crab and corn salsa.  Also available are Oregano and Garlic Lamb Chops with heirloom tomato salad nicoise or Airline Chicken Paillard with oyster mushrooms and smoked bacon veloute, served with whipped potatoes and crispy Brussell sprouts.

 

Dessert options are a Texas Pecan Cake with crushed pecans and shredded coconut in a most white cake, layered with whipped cream frosting and candied pecans or Mandarin Orange Cake with Satsuma mandarin orange segments and crushed pineapples, folded into moist vanilla cake and layered with vanilla whipped cream frosting or the Chocolate Lovers Dessert, which is the chef’s choice of his favorite house made chocolate dessert.

 

The three course Easter Celebration Menu is available for $44.95 for adults.  For children under 12, soup or salad, entree and dessert is available for $15.95.
