The AntiGravity Yoga is a workout that has you flying through the air like tarzan in the jungle. The only difference is you are hanging upside down. Your body is surported by a flowing fabric called the AntiGravity Hammock. The workout is aimed at giving you greater core, shredded abs, toned upper body and to revitalize your entire body.
