In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️ , you’re invited to a special Yoga class powered by Baptist Health South Florida.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an annual event that is meant to raise awareness about the disease, as well as promote preventative care such as screenings. This Saturday, October 15th, the Miami Cancer Institute at Baptist Health will have their pink truck on site promoting the importance of getting mammograms and how important early detection is to combating breast cancer.
Led by the incredible yoga instructor Anny Noratto, this special flow yoga class will be beginner friendly for all age groups. Participants are encouraged to wear something pink as a way to honor survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and support the progress we are making together to defeat breast cancer. All attendees who register will also receive a FREE pink yoga mat from Baptist Health.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts time and bring your own water and towels. Masks are optional.
