The Traymore Restaurant and Bar at COMO Metropolitan, Miami Beach, the inaugural hotel property in the U.S by COMO Hotels and Resorts, will be celebrating National Ceviche Day on Tuesday, June 28th, with its own presentation of the South American delicacy, courtesy of Chef Miguel from Peru.
Chef de Cuisine Juan Loasiaga, together with Chef Miguel and The Traymore’s Restaurant Manager, Iain Harrison, has created a unique Gin and Ceviche Flight combination, exclusively for National Ceviche Day – bringing together the very best in seafood fare and the diverse selection of gin and tonics from The Traymore Gin Bar. The “G&C” flight of four Ceviches with Gin and Tonic pairings has been created to compliment the rich flavors of each Ceviche selected through the fruity and herbal accents found within each gin and tonic infusion.
Between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on Tuesday, June 28th, The Traymore Restaurant and Bar will be offering the below Gin and Ceviche (“G&C”) Flight of four Ceviches, each with its own Gin and Tonic pairing for a set price of $35. An individual Ceviche Flight of four ceviches without the Gin and Tonic accompaniment is offered for $20. An individual Gin Flight of four gin and tonics without the Ceviche accompaniment is also offered for $20. The combined Gin and Ceviche Flight menu created especially for National Ceviche Day is as follows:
