The Standard Spa, Miami Beach x Palma: Not Your Standard Supper

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is excited to  welcome guests for a unique ‘Not Your Standard Supper’ dining experience where Palma’s talented Chef Chef Juan Camilo Liscano will present a delicious and artistic dining experience that excites and inspires, blending his Hispanic heritage with techniques from his global culinary journey. Nada Wine, known for its unique approach to vanguard wineries in traditional regions, will select the pairings for the evening with Marco Adamo on pouring duties. The setting will be staged by Foreplay, the creative engine behind local gems such as Bocadoro, Café du Bey and Odd Pleasures.

On Tuesday October 22nd, 7PM, get ready for a one-of-a-kind gathering, where dishes from Palma, sips from Nada Wine, and Foreplay creations will merge for the first time to create one of those dinners that will keep you on your toes. A night of exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation, Dinner by Palma will give guests the opportunity to savor the finest cuisine in a cozy and intimate setting.

Passed Canapé:

Grilled Octopus Gilda+Lardo 

First Plating:

Crudo, fresh bay emulsion, aji dulce, citron

Cucumber + Zerbinati Melon Carpaccio, pickled shiso, sourdough miso, fingerlime

Second Plating:

Grilled Leeks, walnut condiment, fermented jimmy nardello, jamon iberico

Squash, brown butter + tahini sauce, seaweed crumbs, katsuobushi + sesame seasoning

Third Plating:

XL Scallops cooked in Spiced + Aged Beef Fat, garlic scapes, chorizo bearnaise, baby corn

Grilled Turbot, habanada + saffron + tomato pilpil, salmon roe

Four Plating:

Concord Grape Granita, fig leaf cream, makrut lime leaf oil, smoked salt
