The launch of the Sophie project was celebrated over drinks, hors d’oeuvres and music this past Thursday, February 9th. The party started at dusk and took place on a Bal Harbor roof top with views of the city. The French-themed catering, décor and all around feel reinforced Sophie’s brand. Toasts and speeches including Nicolas Livsit Principal of Allure, Markus Benayoun, Marcelo Tenenbaum and Oscar Acosta were made throughout the evening that shed light on the details and works of the project. At the end of the night, party favors were given out the included booklets of information for Sophie.
Special guests of the evening included: Mayor Jordan Leonard, who attended the evening and hosted a presentation for the guests. Other notable RSVP’s included Angie Lassman of NBC 6, Developer Nicolas Livsit, Ina Cordle of the Real Deal Miami, Betty Alvarez of South Florida Luxury Guide and Stephane Chiche from Flash Live TV to name a few.
