Cricket Taplin, co-owner of the Sagamore, the acclaimed boutique hotel in Miami Beach, has announced that she and her husband Martin Taplin will be hosting a New World School of the Arts Alumni Art Auction in celebration of the school’s 25 year anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Taplin will donate 100 percent of the proceeds to the visual arts division. With seventy-five participating artists, among which are Hernan Bas, Bert Rodriguez, and Mike Vasquez, the one-day exclusive exhibition is representative of the diverse and distinct artistic styles that define New World School of the Arts. Sponsored by the Cricket Taplin Collection, the Sagamore Hotel and Bacardi, admittance to the show is by RSVP invitation.
