The Manscapers, have been commissioned to create a site, and climate specific installation within Casa Faena for the new Miami location of the iconic Gitano restaurants.
Both Manscapers and Gitano’s playful and forward facing personas have lent themselves to creating an installation that honors the natural surrounding habitat that is Miami, while playing off of the fun party sensibilities of the city, particularly during art week in Miami, and the Faena. Flowing exploded rings of greenery and tropical foliage will spill from the atrium of Casa Faena, at varying heights with deconstructed disco-balls, flowers, leaves, and birds.
Partnering with The Manscapers to being their vision to life is St Germain, coming fresh off of the wildly successful Maison St-Germain Hanging Elderflower Meadow created this past June.
Celebrating the partnership, The Manscapers and St Germain will celebrate their project with a party on Wednesday, December 4th from 8pm alongside Grupo Gitano and The Misshapes, where they will introduce thousands of white florals paying homage to the thousand elderflowers used to craft each bottle of St Germain.
Manscapers New York is the acclaimed exterior design and live floral design firm located in New York City, famed for creating Urban Paradises. The company consists of three founding members, Garrett Magee, James DeSantis and Mel Brasier. Manscapers works tirelessly to create the most beautiful spaces across all of Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Hamptons to make their clients outdoor dreams become a reality. With the success of their hit bravo show Backyard Envy entering into its second season the Manscapers most recently announced their expansion to Los Angeles, with other key gateway cities soon to follow.
