The Lincoln Eatery Unveils Tropical Bar Concept

The Lincoln Eatery

The Lincoln Eatery, Miami Beach’s first modern food hall, announced the grand opening of Cocktails, a new bar concept that launched Saturday, June 8th. Cocktails offers a curated menu of classic and contemporary libations with a touch of Miami flair as well as wine, beer and anything but boring mocktails mixed with a variety of different fruits, vegetables, herbs, juices and more.

Locals and visitors alike can escape to this beach-style backyard oasis seven days a week and revel in a selection of sophisticated drinks inspired by the Magic City’s tropical climate.

Just steps off Lincoln Road, South Florida’s premier outdoor shopping destination, Cocktails evokes a casual yet vibrant atmosphere with a modern botanical design celebrating all things flora and fauna from lush, tropical wallpaper to banana leaf pendant lights.  The sparkling quartz bar is complemented by emerald green tiles in a honeycomb pattern, customized woodwork in natural tones and succulent gardens while vintage neon signs provide a retro throwback.

“Our spirit handlers aim to wow guests with the sheer creativity of our expertly curated cocktail menu,” insists Liliam Ma, bar manager for Cocktails at The Lincoln Eatery. “We thoughtfully created drink recipes that would best compliment the authentic, made- in-Miami menus of our Lincoln Eatery purveyors.”

Menu highlights include The Morning After ($11), a seamless combination of house made corn flakes-infused rum, pineapple and coconut and the fruit-forward Mangopolitan ($11), featuring a blend of vodka, cointreau, mango and lemon. From the mocktail selection, notable drinks include the refreshing Green Punch ($7), made of cucumber, basil, ginger and club soda, and the South Beach Sunset ($7), a breezy combination of fresh pineapple, apple and strawberries. There is also a selection of local craft beers and a variety of wines.

A perfect addition to the after-work scene, Cocktails hosts a happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to closing on weekends. Specials like $3 beers and $2 off cocktails make the new concept a top choice for food hall drink pairings, casual work meetings, date nights and friendly get-togethers.

Cocktails also hosts Industry Night on Mondays from 7 p.m. to closing. Miami Beach Convention Center visitors can enjoy these prices any day of the week from 3 p.m. to closing when they present their badge.

Additionally, every Friday from now until Labor Day weekend, the bar will celebrate the season with Summer Fridays starting at 3 p.m. featuring special promotions on beer and cocktails for those who want to start the weekend early.

When the weather gets dreary, the bar also rewards those caught in Miami Beach’s seasonal summer storms with the When It Rains We Pour program, gifting customers with deals on select cocktails, beer and wine when visiting on a rainy day.

In the near future, Cocktails will launch a philanthropic cocktail program benefiting a different non-profit organization every month.

Located at 723 Lincoln Lane on Miami Beach, the Lincoln Eatery is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For more info, visit www.thelincolneatery.com or follow on Instagram @lincolneatery.
