ENJOY THE FLAVORS OF AN AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD FESTIVAL
Join the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce as we close our summer cooking series with our Grand Finale celebration on September 17th, 2009 at Coral Gables Italian Kitchen showroom, Mia Cucina. Hosted by Simone Diament the IACC brings together all features of this summer series with a Grand Finale Italian Food Festival. We welcome Massimiliano D’Agostino from PIOLA MIAMI BRICKELL, who will create fabulous flavors and styles of pizza and serve to our guests. While walking through the showroom, guests will sample various wines, aperitivos and mingle with cooking show supporters. In addition, we welcome Vito Volpe from Mozzarita, who will showcase how to make mozzarella right there in the showroom.
