Sunset & Sip Expands for Summer
For the summer, The Drexel has expanded its Sunset & Sip happy hour to weekends, with the experience now available Thursday through Monday from 5–7 p.m. at the bar. Guests can enjoy $10 signature cocktails and $10 light bites, with rotating selections including Whipped Ricotta, Stracciatella Toast, Hawaiian Kampachi and Summer Squash Carpaccio.
Sunday Supper
Available every Sunday, The Drexel’s Sunday Supper brings guests together over a whole roasted chicken, fresh salad, crispy fries and a glass of wine for each guest. Designed for up to four guests and priced at $75, it offers a relaxed way to end the weekend in Miami Beach.

Martini Weekends
Every Saturday and Sunday from 5–10 p.m., The Drexel offers a curated martini menu, with each cocktail priced at $16. The selection ranges from timeless classics, including the Vesper and Dirty Martini, to the more indulgent Caviar Martini, served with five grams of Kaluga caviar.

Locals Monday
Every Monday from 5–10 p.m., Miami locals receive a complimentary drink with the purchase of a meal. A valid local ID is required.
Thursday Wine Nights
Every Thursday from 5–10 p.m., guests can enjoy 50% off select bottles of wine alongside dinner.
