Last night American Express celebrated the opening of The Centurion Lounge at Miami International Airport. In true Miami fashion, it was a night to remember with bites by Chef Michelle Bernstein, drinks by mixologist Jim Meehan and wine director Anthony Giglio, special guest Emmy Rossum, music by DJ Danny Daze and a great crowd including Candela Ferro and Khotan Fernandez, Alexia Echevarria, Marysol Patton, Yolanda Berkowtiz, Poppy Archer, Yona Puri, Fabian Basabe, Horacio Silva and many others.

American Express introduces The Centurion Lounge in Miami International Airport, its first location in the Southeast region, and fifth in the country. Located in the North Terminal in Concourse D, The Centurion Lounge in MIA will provide 8,000 square feet of space for Card Members to unwind and recharge on the way to their final destination.

Access to the Centurion Lounge network is exclusive to American Express Card Members, and a key complimentary benefit for Platinum Card Members as part of a suite of benefits that make travel more seamless. The lounge includes complimentary:

Entry to The Centurion Lounges is complimentary for consumer, Business and Corporate Platinum Card and Centurion® Members, and their immediate family or up to two travel companions. Other American Express Credit and Charge Card Members may purchase a one-day pass at The Centurion Lounge for $50**.

The new lounge in MIA joins locations in Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS), Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and San Francisco International Airport (SFO). In the coming weeks, American Express will also introduce The Centurion Studio in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
