The elaborate Thanksgiving menu encompasses a four-course meal expertly created by executive chef Philippe Ruiz and head sommelier Sebastien Verrier. Recognized by Zagat as one of the best French restaurants in the country, Palme d’Or delivers delectable dishes showcasing innovative interpretations of classic continental cuisine, with much of the exceptional ingredients flown in directly from France. Thanksgiving dinner at Fontana Restaurant
Menu items including creamy burrata mozzarella are flown in from Italy and myriad olive oils and aged Balsamic vinegars arrive from Tuscany to create an authentic regional flavor in all dishes. The restaurant’s signature tomato sauce features a combination of imported Italian and California tomatoes, all of which are brought to their full flavor on a ripening table in the kitchen. An extensive wine list showcases Chiantis from Castellina to Ruffina as well as other classic Italian wine flavors available by the bottle and glass.
