Enjoy all the flavors of the season at any of Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group’s (SWRG) seven iconic locations with mouth-watering new summer offerings. Corporate Executive Chef, Matt King, presents a redesigned menu celebrating the classic American steakhouse — highlighting a selection of signature USDA Prime classic cuts and chops, premium seafood, and a variety of new embellishments for a unique, dining experience. 

Steaks, Filets & Chops
Guests will find a generous selection of classic cuts, filets and chops including a USDA Prime Bone-In Kansas City Cut Sirloin, a Boneless New York Strip, a Bone-In Rib Eye and a Black Angus Filet Mignon. Additional cuts include family-farmed Veal Rib Eye, Colorado Lamb Chops and Black Angus Bone-In Filet. From the sea, grilled Atlantic Salmon Steak and Yellowfin Tuna Steak are featured.

The new offerings are uniquely complemented by several decadent embellishment options. Summer enhancements include Gorgonzola Brulee, Cipollini Onion & Garlic, Au Poivre, Coffee & Cocoa Rub and the ever-popular “Angry” Style, adding a kick of spice to any choice.

The delicate Lemon & Fennel Pollen is the perfect pairing for the Veal Rib Eye or Colorado Lamb Chops. To further indulge, guests can opt for a seasonal Surf & Turf experience with succulent shellfish accompaniments including the traditional Oscar Style, Alaskan King Crab, South African Lobster Tail or the “Angry” Shrimp.

Steaks For Two
A crowd pleaser, S&W’s “Steaks for Two” introduces a shared steak experience.  These over-the-top cuts include the 44-ounce Double-Cut Cowboy Rib Eye— dry-aged for 28 days and hand-butchered to order — and the decadent Chateaubriand featuring Black Angus Tenderloin with red wine demi-glace.  Our famous 46-ounce Porterhouse is the best of both worlds, USDA Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin & Filet. These generous cuts are presented “for the table” and enhanced with bold sauces and roasted vegetables, for a more interactive dining experience.

More Summer Fun
New this summer, a Pork Belly confit appetizer with corn puree and pickled serrano chile.  The “Angry” Shrimp can double as a starter for those in-the-know, perfect alongside the in-house smoked Beef Bacon with bleu cheese dip.  The famous Shellfish Bouquet has morphed into a Shellfish Tower, now available in three sizes and fortified with premium Alaskan King Crab.  Discover a variety of choices in new sides as well, with Braised Beef Rib and Lobster versions of the famous Truffle Mac & Cheese or the popular Creamy Corn with Manchego.

Summer’s Calling and the generous promotion it brings, is coming back.  Enjoy a complimentary appetizer when ordering any two glasses of The CALLING Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc.
