Chef Philip Brock has returned to the legendary Fairmont Turnberry Isle as the chef de cuisine for Cascata Grille located at Fairmont Turnberry Isle (19999 West Country Club Drive in Aventura). During his brief time away from Aventura’s 300-acre tropical retreat, Philip served as a private chef for celebrities including Jay-Z and Beyonce, and helped open a number of notable restaurants around Miami including Bancroft Supperclub, Kitchen 305 and Bulldog Barbeque. The young chef arrives just in time to help us rollout outstanding summer specials at Cascata Grille including a new sunset dinner menu (choice of a complimentary appetizer and dessert with the purchase of an entree from a select menu before 7:30 p.m.) in addition to a $50 prix fixe dinner for two that’s available seven nights a week and includes a bottle of wine.
